Understanding the New Mask Rules for Travel
The CDC order requires every traveler within and into the United States to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth throughout the travel process, including within stations/airports, boarding and de-boarding. There are no exceptions; subways, buses and taxis are covered, as well as airports, terminals, train stations and “any other area that provides transportation in the United States."
