“We used Melissa with Altair for our three-week trip to Italy this past July. She arranged all our transportation to and from each location. Our private tours that were set up by Melissa exceeded our expectations. We used every form of transportation while we were there. Planes, boats, buses, trains, taxi and private cars. All of this flowed so smoothly. Melissa gave us a daily log of where we needed to be and what time we needed to be there.
