My wife and I just got back from a two week European vacation that spanned 6 cities in 3 countries; we would like to thank Altair and specifically our agent, Haylye, for an unforgettable trip for our family.

Haylye was extremely approachable, helpful, flexible, and friendly throughout the entire process. When her initial itinerary was a little bit above our price range, she helped us figure out where to cut costs in order to meet us where we were regarding cost and fullness of experience. As a nervous traveler, I was especially grateful for Haylye meeting with us multiple times before the trip in order to address any worries or concerns we had before the trip. She made us feel extremely prepared before we left.

Once vacation time arrived, the trip went by relatively seamlessly and exceeded all of our expectations. When the rare hiccup occurred, Haylye was there for us immediately to help us sort things out and get us back on track despite the time difference. We could not have done this trip without her!!!

Our trip was great! Dreams Bahia Mita was a beautiful hotel. We stayed during the soft opening and it was great with only a few hiccups (which were expected). Parts of the hotel was still under construction. It was never a inconvenience to us but it was noticeable.

We stayed in room 2130 and it was awesome. The room was spacious. The location to the pool was great. Very short walk.

The staff was amazing!!!! Everyone was so helpful. All the staff members I came in contact with went above to make sure my stay was the best.

We went to Sauylita for a day and it was so much fun. We ate at Captain Pablos and the food was great. We enjoyed the beach there. It was crowded with lots of people and vendors selling anything and everything.

We had the best time ever on our cruise. Celebrity was absolutely amazing and treated us like royalty. Every single employee on that ship was so happy to be back at work. The captain was very involved and and made everyone on that ship feel like family. Most vacations, there's always some minor detail that you feel could have gone better. There was not one thing they could have done differently to make the cruise any better! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Thank you!

I had the most wonderful experience visiting Cabo San Lucas all thanks to Angie and Altair Travel! Even with all the COVID-19 restrictions/changes, she made everything so simple. Traveling can be stressful, especially during a pandemic, but I never once felt that way and that's because of Angie. She was also available whenever I had questions - even while I was on the trip. I don't think I will ever go on another vacation without going through Altair first!

Sandie was absolutely amazing to work with. She kept us updated on everything and answered any questions we had. My husband and I went to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Everything and everyone was amazing we upgraded to the jacuzzi suite and loved spending our nights there relaxing. Food was amazing, all restaurants were open and taking shifts during COVID they take pride in the presentation of the food and nailed it every time. Rooms were clean and had great views. People were friendly always dancing and just happy to be working. All together I would give 5/5 stars.
